Ordering and payment

How do I pay?

By card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe: we never see or store your card details.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. Every price includes VAT; delivery is added at checkout.

Where do you deliver?

To addresses in the United Kingdom.

How much is delivery?

£4.99 per order, however many records you buy.Delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes: contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Delivery

When will it arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–4 working days and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, so most arrive within 3–7 working days of ordering. We email you the tracking number.Delivery.

How is it packed?

In a sturdy cardboard LP mailer built for vinyl. Several records in one order travel together in one parcel.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order is tracked, and we email you the tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

Returns and problems

Can I return it?

Yes: return any record within 14 days of delivery while it's still sealed and undamaged, for a full refund of the record and the original delivery charge.Returns & refunds.

What if it arrives damaged or faulty?

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery. We cover any return postage.How to tell us.

The records

Are the records new?

Yes. Every record is brand new and factory sealed, never used or second-hand.

Is everything in stock?

Yes. Every record we list is in stock and ready to send. If one sells out, its page says so.
