Orders are usually dispatched within 1–4 working days and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, so most arrive within 3–7 working days of ordering. We email you the tracking number.

Yes: return any record within 14 days of delivery while it's still sealed and undamaged, for a full refund of the record and the original delivery charge.

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery. We cover any return postage.
